56 COMPANIES REGISTERED DURING THE MONTH OF JANUARY

Registrar
of companies in Coimbatore have been registered 56 companies during the month
of January 2005 with the authorised capital of Rs.15.31 crores. 53 Private
Companies have been registered with the capital of Rs.14.71 crores. One public
sector comapny has been transferred. Of
these 56 companies, 5 are giant sized.
Registrar of companies have disposed six cases in this month. 9 companies
struck off under section 560 (3).
