April 14 Holiday for Central Govt. offices

 

Chennai, April 10,  2008

 

        An account of the birthday of Dr B R Ambedkar, April 14, Monday is declared as a closed holiday for all Central Government offices including industrial establishments. As such, all central government offices in Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, will also remain closed on the day, according to The Central Govt. Employees Welfare Coordination Committee, Chennai
